Return and Refund

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of orders within 30 days of the date the order was shipped. To ensure we can process your return in a timely manner, please review the following requirements when returning your package:

The return request must be made within a period of 30 days after receiving the order
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
Items with make-up, deodorant, or other stains are considered damaged and will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the criteria.
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
For international returns outside of the US, return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note, we DO NOT refund shipping charges (or custom charges) in any case.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take 2-7 business days.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. Note that it can take 3-5 business days for the credit to reflect in your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.

OUR GUARANTEE

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
If you are worried that an item you received may be damaged or defective, please email support@oem91.com your order number and a short description of the issue. Please also include photos so we may better assist you.

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are FINAL SALE. We are unable to process returns, exchanges, or store credit for any sale items.
